The WishList Member Team has put together a variety of support tools to help you get your membership site up and running as quickly as possible.
Support Channels
WishList Products can only provide support through our FAQ’s, support guides, video tutorials and support desk. We do not provide any support via e-mail, Twitter or phone. The fastest way to get your questions answered is by referring to our supporting materials. If your questions are not answered there, then please feel free to contact our help desk.
1) Support Documents
These support documents contain step-by-step instructions and screen shots showing you how to use every component of WishList Member. These are available within the Customer Center.
2) Frequently Asked Questions
First and foremost, be sure to take a look at our FAQ section as it contains the most common questions (and answers) that our customers have asked regarding the WishList Member system.
3) WishList Member Training Videos
Furthermore, you can always view our extensive training videos listed on this site which will walk you through step-by-step of every component WishList Member contains.
The old support videos for WP 2.6 and below can be found here.
4) WishList Installation Videos
These videos walk you through the installation of WordPress and WishList Member. It really is a simple process and we show you exactly how to get started in these videos.
5) Support Desk (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
Finally, if through all that, you still have questions, feel free to contact us directly at our support desk. Our team is available to answer questions Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm EST. With that said, we encourage you to check the FAQ section first because most of the answers are already there.

Support Hours
Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST. During these hours we will respond to any question submitted through the help desk within 24 hours. If your question was submitted outside of these hours, you can expect a response the next business day.
Please Note: Questions submitted after 1pm on Friday will be answered the following Monday.
Extent of Our Support
With the large number of customers that we have, we can only provide support for all WishList Member related inquiries. We can’t provide general WordPress support that isn’t related to our products. For general WordPress support you will have to use www.wordpress.org/support
We understand that you may inquire about hiring someone to help you setup or modify your membership site that uses WishList Member. In our Customer Center, we will provide you a list of approved vendors who will be able to help accordingly.
Please note: We are not available for custom modifications.
Bug Fixing
When a bug is found, we are committed to fixing it as quickly as possible after it has been brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours. These will be released in the form of an “update” and a new version will appear in your WishList Member Dashboard.

Once you’ve downloaded the file, just unzip it on your hard drive and then upload the “wishlist-member” folder to your plugins folder.
It will overwrite the old files and will update your site accordingly. The good news is, all your WL Member settings will remain in tact and you won’t have to modify anything.
